Gun Violence Prevention Program
This Program specifically serves low-income, young adults ages 18-32 who reside in Chicago’s far southside community including Roseland, Pullman, West Pullman, Washington Heights, and surrounding neighborhoods.
• 12 Week Program- 3 Days per week
• Career Readiness Training: Resume Building, Mock Interviews, Job Skills
• Peace Circles and Restorative Justice
• Violence Prevention Training
• Certifications: Six Sigma White Belt, Employment 101, Advanced Certifications
• Participants Receive stipends =Earn up to $1200 for participation
• Transportation Assistance (Bus Cards)
• Gun Buy Back Events
• Counseling and Mentorship
• Leadership Training
• Job Placement Assistance
